Overview
At Mobileye, we believe that our success is rooted in the trust of our main stakeholders, namely our employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and the communities in which we operate. Through a continuous dialogue with our stakeholders we've come to understand their ESG expectations, and to bring our activities into line with them.
In 2023, Mobileye embarked on an ESG journey to build a strong foundation that will enable us to work with and for our stakeholders to create a more sustainable future.

Leading for road safety: over some 25 years of AI-powered mobility experience, Mobileye has always been about saving lives and improving driver behavior. Mobileye is a world leader in the development of driver-assistance collision avoidance technologies.
Sustainable operations
In 2023, the brand new Mobileye Campus in Jerusalem was awarded the highest level of sustainability certification for buildings by the U.S. Green Building Council – the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating.

Mobileye believes that maintaining trust with our customers, our investors and our employees is integral. Our focus on enhancing quality in all aspects of our business and being transparent in our business practices and operations enables us to maintain the trust of our stakeholders. Mobileye was honored to be recognized in the Vehicles and Components category of Newsweek’s “World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2023” – coming second in the category out of 63 companies listed.
Making a positive impact on our communities
Mobileye believes in making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate. The company champions social awareness, supports various local nonprofits, and backs many educational initiatives while focusing on building impact-generating partnerships that boost community resilience. The company encourages employees to give back and joins them through Mobileye's cause-matching program. For every donation made by employees to a cause of their choosing, Mobileye matches 100% of the donation.
Supporting our people
To support Company personnel during times of need, Mobileye launched numerous initiatives to provide aid and relief to employees and their families. Some of the initiatives included: childcare assistance, and gift cards redeemable at stores for food, clothing, electronics, and other items like professional psychological support.
